On 1st February 2026, Khiri Reach, together with YAANA Ventures and our partner brands, came together to host the Walk 4C Impact. From the beaches of Bali and the forests of Kandy, to a local island in Nonthaburi. What began as an idea to walk for positive impact turned into a movement that connected 245 people across 9 destinations.
Walkathons took place in Nonthaburi, Thailand; Kandy, Sri Lanka; Sanur, Bali; Vientiane, Laos; Yangon, Myanmar; Cebu, The Philippines; Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), Vietnam; Koh Kong and Phnom Penh in Cambodia.
Each walk was locally organised by our Khiri Travel offices, with an additional event by VHG Hospitality Asia at Cardamom Tented Camp in Cambodia’s southwest. Even in different countries, we all walked with the same spirit, to raise funds and give back to local grassroots charities that create positive change in the communities we operate in.
This year, the funds raised are supporting six incredible local charities that Khiri Reach partners with across the region:
- Thanks Giving Home in Nonthaburi, Thailand – supporting the elderly
- The Forest Healing Foundation in Digana, Kandy, Sri Lanka – restoring native forests
- The Bali Children Project in Bali, Indonesia – providing access to education
- Phoning Hospital in Vientiane, Laos – supporting people with disabilities
- CRST Project B – Bicycles for Education in Cambodia – donating bicycles to rural children so they can reach school
- Saigonchildren in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam – improving education opportunities
We were especially touched to have representatives from Thanks Giving Home and The Bali Children Project join our local walks.
Beyond fundraising, the day was filled with other local touches: in Bali, walkers joined a beach cleanup and turtle feeding; in Sri Lanka, teams ended their walk by visiting the Forest Healing project site; in Koh Kong, walkers at Cardamom Tented Camp spotted elephant tracks and fresh signs of wildlife.
This year the Walk 4C Impact has shown us that it is more than a fundraiser, it’s a celebration of community, collaboration, and people coming together with a shared passion for positive impact and sustainability.
This event was made possible by all our generous supporters, including Rayavadee Resort, Khaoyai Nature Life & Tours, and many others who walked beside us in spirit.
