At Khiri Reach, we fight for a region where wildlife in the air, on the land and in the water will be protected.
We acknowledge the fact that poverty is one of the indirect causes, driving local communities to illegally hunt, keep, use or trade wildlife. We wish to engage those communities to show them alternative livelihoods and use their local knowledge/skills for good deeds rather than destruction.
We will also look to support:
- Activities to clean beaches and other habitats
- Activities to eliminate the trading and consumption of wildlife products
- Activities to support rescue centers and rescued animals
- Support volunteer clubs or local campaigns about wildlife conservation
